1. Who we are

Labidental is a dental laboratory management platform designed and operated by SonniTech Solutions LLC (“SonniTech”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Who may use the Service

The Service is intended for dental laboratories and the dental offices (clinics and dentists) they work with. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Dental offices only — no direct patient work

Labidental is a business-to-business tool. Dental laboratories generally may work only with licensed dental offices, not directly with patients. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to your profession and jurisdiction, including any prohibition on providing laboratory services directly to patients. You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of the work you accept and perform.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the information you put into the Service — your cases, clients, files, scans and business data (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content only as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to upload Your Content and for its accuracy.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.
• Do not upload malware or content you do not have the right to share.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Some features are offered on a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles and any free-trial terms are shown at sign-up or in your account. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for periods already served. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties you choose to connect (for example payment processing through Square, email delivery, phone/AI calling, and cloud file storage). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or discontinue features. Keeping your own backups of critical business data is recommended.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, SonniTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law. On termination you may request an export of Your Content for a reasonable period.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
